Simply print and cut out Molly, Gil, Bubble Puppy and the other elements on sticker paper. Then, use them to decorate a colored paper bag. Then fill ’em up with underwater-themed, guppy goodies! No sticker paper? No problem! Tape or glue will also work. We used bags with cellophane cutouts for an extra bubbly effect!
